Nazih has extensive experience working as Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel for prominent healthcare providers in the United Arab Emirates. Nazih has more than 15 years of experience in preparing, negotiating, and revising Management Services Agreements with numerous healthcare operators in the UAE and Kuwait, and practicing healthcare law and medical malpractice litigation.
Nazih’s practice also focuses on sports, providing legal consultancy to sports federations, drafting agreements, and preparing sport rule books.
