Rami is the Head of the Banking Department at Spes Legalis. He has extensive experience of over 18 years and currently handling the full spectrum of the Banking and Finance Department at Fransabank SAL Group since 2011.

Rami has extensive experience representing clients in the Middle East in matters involving Banking and Finance, Islamic Banking, Information, and Communication Technology (ICT), Mergers and Acquisitions, Family Law, capital markets, and Litigation.

Rami oversees the financial operations at Spes Legalis. He advises on investment plans, issues relevant fee-related policies, and produces financial reports. He works closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company's long-term objectives with his in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards, and best practices

Rami has also an extensive experience in structuring, documenting, and negotiating complex transactions and developing innovative Shari'ah-compliant techniques, including in relation to asset finance, bank finance, regulation, project finance, funds, and other structures.

Rami has a thorough knowledge and experience in telecoms EU legislative and regulatory mechanisms, the institutions involved in them, the role of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), ex-ante and ex-post tools of the regulator, access and interconnection issues, and finally telecommunications contracts including and not limited to access and interconnection agreements, wholesale mobile agreements, outsourcing contracts, and consumer contracts.
