He is an experienced trial attorney and has established an outstanding track record of success in a wide range of legal areas such as criminal, tax, commercial, insurance, real estate, construction, labor, and execution. For over 19 years, Samer developed broad experience in all aspects of private practice; he is a bankruptcy trustee, an expert in criminal litigation, an expert insurance litigator, and a trusted legal advisor in various corporate and complex transactions.

Samer is experienced in and provides legal advice on all aspects of M&A transactions for public and private corporate clients, institutional investors, and private individuals, both in Lebanon and the gulf, and has considerable experience with complex and high-profile transactions, as well as cross-border transactions.

Samer’s arbitration experience spans key sectors and disciplines from construction to joint ventures and commercial contracts. Samer is an arbitration specialist delivering a breadth of strategic thinking and innovative solutions that can be brought to bear in order to effectively resolve arbitral disputes.

Samer is also an experienced corporate tax adviser, focusing mainly on tax planning for shareholders and their companies, and tax efficient group structuring and restructuring, and tax-efficient disposals.
